Testimonials What I loved: That Dr. Nancy radiates and embodies youth, health and beauty. She is living testament to what she preaches, This was the most enjoyable and practical 70 minutes I've spent in a long time. * * * * * It was so exciting to hear this knowledge…a dream come true for me. I have been seeing doctors for many years at one of the most prestigious medical university centers in the world, and I had the distinct feeling when Dr. Nancy was speaking that what she was saying was the truth. At this point in my life she is the best doctor I have ever heard speak…thank you…thank you…thank you!!! I loved how much useful knowledge was presented so blissfully and clearly and fully and how readily digestible and absorbable and fun was all the knowledge presented. Also the interviewer was perfect with the questions--and summaries. Being a student currently about to give a presentation of what I’ve learned, I know it takes quite alot to make a presentation that engages the audience fully and teaches them even a few concepts. I felt your presentation was A+++. * * * * * You packed in so much the time flew by and every word and second was perfect. I really enjoyed it and was very inspired about all the tips given. Thank you very much. You both are brilliant. * * * * * I loved the entire presentation! Even though I've been learning Maharishi Ayur-Veda for over twenty years, it was fresh and inspiring, and I learned MANY new and VERY helpful things! * * * * * Thank you so much for this seminar, it was just what I was wishing for! * * * * * I was very very pleased with all the knowledge and wisdom you so generously shared on the call. Time went by so fast and I am happy there will be other calls. * * * * * I loved the entire seminar. It is always wonderful to hear this knowledge. I also loved the fact that everyone listening was from all over the world. I particularly loved the way Dr. Nancy covered each and every topic in-depth!. Just when I thought she was finished explaining a procedure, she would surprise me with even more information! I look forward to the next teleconference. * * * * * What I loved was connecting with Truth in health. It all makes so much sense on a very real level. Dr. Nancy's expertise is very apparent and it's fun to hear this knowledge. * * * * * Number one tip I started applying right away was taking a morning walk before work. My students even commented to me that I looked pretty. My family is also having luck with reaching their goals as another side-effect! I'm enjoying my life so much more. Thank you Dr. Nancy for that tremendous tip. * * * * * I thought this was a really valuable presentation. It s easy to access as a webcast, which I appreciated a lot since not every presentation that's advertised as such is actually readily available. I'm looking forward to the next presentation.

Five Fabulous Ways to Keep Your Skin Young and Supple this Winter
The summer sun-- our skin’s worst enemy---is retreating, but Old Man Winter is in quick pursuit. Heaters are on, the wind is dry and biting, and our skin is on red alert. Dryness and dehydration can sap skin of its youthful fullness and glow, adding years to our faces and promoting premature wrinkling. Fortunately, Maharishi Ayurveda, the comprehensive system of natural medicine from ancient India, offers a variety of effective solutions to protect our skin and help us look beautiful and youthful all year long. According to Maharishi Ayurveda, cold, dry air and windy wintry weather, all aggravate our body’s air and space elements, or vata principle. Simply put, the dryness and cold outside of us create dryness and coldness inside of us, per Ayurveda’s “principle of similarities.” To balance vata and protect our skin in the winter, we in turn need to apply the “principle of opposites,” favoring warm foods and drinks, soups and other water-rich foods, and including healthy oils to fight winter dryness. The key to keeping our skin moist and “lubed” during the winter months lies in adequate water and oil—both inside and on the outside of our bodies. Our skin needs both to stay healthy and youthful. Drinking plenty of water plumps our skin, minimizing fine wrinkles. Eating healthy oils and massaging them into the skin help hold moisture in and give our complexions a satiny glow. (See tips below for details.) Furthermore, in the winter, our pores tend to “close up” to protect us from heat loss, dryness and the cold. Toxins are then extra likely to build up in the body during the winter. To avoid toxin buildup and help keep your skin clear through the winter months, work up a sweat on a regular basis during the winter through exercise (best) or warm baths or saunas. Come spring, our bodies begin to detoxify from the long winter. Toxins on the move can cause flare ups such as rashes, itching and other skin problems. To head off these beauty breakers before they arise, Maharishi Ayurveda advises a gentle internal cleansing be performed at the change of season. To ensure you stay “body beautiful” this winter, follow these five fabulous ways to keep your skin plumped, oiled and glowing:
