Plan Includes:

a. 60 minute Initial Personalized Wellness Discussion on the phone with Dr. Lonsdorf. ("Wellness" means she will not be advising you medically, but may suggest options for you to discuss with your primary health care practitioner.)

b. 2-4 week period to implement her wellness suggestions

c. Email support for issues pertaining to your session and suggestions that may arise in the interim

d. 20 minute follow-up session one month later by phone with Dr. Lonsdorf to review your progress, answer further question and fine-tune your wellness program for optimum benefit.

e. PDF copy of The Ageless Woman book - 251 pages

f. PDF copy of the Ageless Woman's Self-Care Guide- 109 pages

g. Five 70 minute teleseminars MP3 audio downloads with supporting printed material on natural approaches to anti-aging and beauty ($118 value).

A. Prevention Handout - Download PDF: Describes the various prevention tests and checkup options available and recommendations for when to use them.

B. Forms and Info to Send to Dr. Lonsdorf- Information and additional forms you will need to send Dr Lonsdorf before your appointment - Download PDF.
