To schedule your initial in-person visit with Nancy Lonsdorf MD please complete the following steps 4 steps.
1. First. download the following documents:
A. Dr. Lonsdorf's Practice Brochure - Download PDF. (You may also read this online by clicking here) This provides the basic information on Dr. Lonsdorf's services.
B. Prevention Handout - Download PDF: Describes the various prevention tests and checkup options available and recommendations for when to use them.
C. Checklist of what to bring to your appointment - Download PDF.
D. Optional Directions - Download PDF: If you are seeing Dr. Lonsdorf in-person and are not familiar with Dr Lonsdorf's office in the Rukmapura Hotel in Maharishi Vedic City, IA, then please download the directions here.

3. Schedule an appointment:
Our online scheduling service will allow you to choose an appointment, cancel or change an appointment and will send you a confirmation and a reminder of your appointment.4. Payment:
Payment will be taken at the time of service. Checks or credit cards are acceptable.
